- Housekeeping management between rentals (whether or not you use Hôtel à la Maison’s housekeeping services);
- Taking care of the customer service, including sharing the important information upon arrival or departure and overall communications with the clientele upon booking;
- Emergency management (we are open 24/7);
- Sending a monthly report detailing your rentals and proceeding to the direct deposit of your income into your account;
- Representation to the authorities concerned in case of breakage or accidents during the rental.
Note that we can also help you in obtaining your permit from the Quebec Tourism Industry Corporation (CITQ).
